Originally from Chicago, I graduated from Kenyon College with a B.A. in philosophy. After travels abroad, I enrolled in the New Mexico Academy of Healing Arts’ 1000-hour massage therapy program in June of 2001. Since graduating I have worked for, among others, Nike, Oregon Ballet Theater, 24 Hour Fitness, Whole Foods, Sunrise Springs Inn and Retreat Center, Quail Run Golf Community and Spa, Santa Fe Massage, Eldorado Hotel, and Hotel Santa Fe.
Blending deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, Shiatsu massage, Tui Na massage, and the gentle touch of osteopathic inspired manual manipulation, sessions reconnect your body with its natural health and wholeness. Years of qigong, tai chi, and yoga practice serve as the energetic foundation of my massage practice.
In addition to practicing massage full-time, I am currently pursuing a master’s degree in counseling psychology at Pacifica Graduate Institute. When not studying or giving massage, I enjoy skiing, basketball, writing, documentary film-making, and photography. Check out my recent films and book.
